Shipping Policy

Processing Time All PK Stitches items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment before it is picked up or dropped off with the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within Canada. Standard shipping starts at $12.00 CAD, with free shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD. Express shipping is available for $20.00 CAD. Delivery 

times vary by destination and carrier, but most Canadian orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delays PK Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons (holidays, etc.), please allow extra time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we 

can work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally, but hope to offer this in the future. Please check back!
